Return Guidelines

Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with the items you order and your experience with our website We stand behind our products but if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it to us within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund credited back to your original form of payment. 

All items are thoroughly inspected upon return as we only accept returns and exchanges of items that are in accordance with the requirements outlined below.

All items must be in original condition with the original garment tags attached. Any merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, stained, damaged, washed, or has an odor will not be accepted. All items included in the return must match those identified in the return request. 

Any shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable as well as any shipping label costs on return orders besides items that are deemed defective or the wrong product was received. 

Please note, there are no exceptions to any returns that do not comply with these regulations.

Returns On Sale Items

All items purchased at a discounted price are final sale, thus we cannot offer any returns for these items. This includes holiday sales, site-wide or product specific flash sales.

Return Process

If you would like to begin the process of a return, please submit a request to us by contacting our customer services team at within 14 days of the delivery date. In the request, please provide your full name, order number, and the reason you would like to return your item(s). A representative from our team will you contact you shortly after to provide you with full details and instructions on the next steps to facilitate a seamless return process. 

Exchange Service

At this time, cannot offer exchanges for returned merchandise. We suggest you return the item you wish to exchange for a refund using the applicable conditions and guidelines above and place a new order on or with one of our customer advisors. Please note new orders are subject to merchandise availability.  

Defective | Wrong Product Received 

In the unlikely event you receive a defective product or an item you did not order, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and want to ensure you get the correct item and quality as quickly as possible. Please immediately send us an email at to notify us of the situation. 

Please include your full name, order number and email used on the order. If you received the wrong product, please be sure to specify the original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the style, color and size. 

We will then review your order and send you a prepaid shipping label to return the item.
