Returns & Exchanges

Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with the items you order and your experience with We stand behind our products but if you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it within 7 days of the delivery date. All items are thoroughly inspected upon return as we only accept returns and exchanges of items that have been unworn and unwashed. Unfortunately, any items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied. We highly recommend shipping with tracking information included as we cannot be held liable for any lost items being returned to us.

Please note, we do not issue cash or credit card refunds. We issue all refunds in the form of store credit by providing you with an electronic gift card that you can use towards any future purchase. The store credit applied is for the purchase price of the product only and does not include any shipping fees charged for delivery. The store credit gift cards do not expire and can also be used with any discount code.

All exchanges will incur a $3.00 processing fee. There is no fee incurred for store credit. We do not cover shipping label costs on any return orders besides items that are deemed defective or the wrong product was received.

Returns & Exchanges On Sale Items

Please note, all items purchased at a discounted price are final sale, thus we cannot offer any returns or exchanges for these items. This includes holiday sales, site-wide or product specific flash sales, and items purchased using sale codes. 

Defective | Wrong Product Received 

In the unlikely event you receive a defective product or an item you did not order, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and want to ensure you get the correct item and quality as quickly as possible. Please immediately send us an email at to notify us of the situation. 

Please include your name, order number and email used on the order. If you received the wrong product, please be sure to specify the original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the style, color and size. 

We will then review your order and send you a prepaid shipping label to return the item.
