Shipping & Delivery
Processing
We process orders Monday through Friday, striving for same-day processing when possible. During high-volume periods, processing may take 3–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping
We provide standard and expedited delivery options to U.S. destinations via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. After orders have been successfully processed, orders are typically shipped with 1-2 business days or less, excluding weekends and holidays.
While we are committed to doing our best to ensure your order is delivered on time, Therapy With God cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
Currently, we are operating as a smaller team and as a result, orders may take 1-2 weeks to ship but please rest assured your order will still be delivered to you as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and your support means a lot to us. Please feel free to reach out to us anytime if there are any concerns about any order in transit. We will also continue to update our website and social media platforms to announce any changes that may occur.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with your tracking number. Please allow at least 24 hours for tracking numbers to update in the shipping carrier's system.
U.S. Delivery Time & Cost
The actual shipping time may vary depending on the delivery location, weather conditions, carrier delays, etc. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Therapy With God does not ship any orders to PO boxes.
Standard Shipping
• 3-5 business days after the date of shipment.
• Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
Expedited Shipping
• 1-2 business days after the date of shipment.
• Enjoy free expedited shipping on orders $100+
International Delivery
Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States, and do not ship internationally.
Shipping Errors
Therapy With God will not be held liable for any shipping address discrepancies, which include lost, stolen or misplaced shipments. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide any refunds or replacements in these circumstances. All customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase and to keep track of their order being delivered.
If you need to modify your shipping or delivery information after your order has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. Shipping information, including delivery address, cannot be modified once an order has been shipped.
Order Delivered But Not Received
Therapy With God will not be held liable for any packages once they have been shipped. Once your package leaves our distribution facility, it is the courier's responsibility to deliver your order to you within the expected time frame. Complications with delivery are rare, but in the event that you are unable to locate your package, please contact your local shipping carrier to recover your package.
Signature Required
Delivery Failed - Returned To Sender - Abandoned Packages
Packages that are returned to sender means that the shipping carrier was unable to deliver the order to the address provided. In the event that your order is returned to our facility by the shipping carrier due to any "address discrepancies", you will be completely refunded for the cost of the merchandise excluding shipping cost.
If your delivery fails but you would like to still receive your order, we will invoice you for a second delivery attempt fee to reship your order to the updated address.
If you are absent upon all delivery attempts, your package will be held at a local shipping center for pick up. If you do not pick up the package for any reason, the package will be returned to Therapy With God at your expense.
