Payments are accepted via credit card, and debit card with a valid United States billing and shipping address. Accepted credit cards are Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and Discover. We also accept monthly payments via Shop Pay.
The full transaction value will be immediately charged to your payment card after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, and confirmed availability.

Most orders are processed Monday through Friday within 3-5 business days after purchase. At times your order may be processed sooner as we always strive to process your order same day as soon as your order has been received.
After your order has been successfully processed, it is shipped within 1-2 business days or less, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number to track the progress of your shipment and delivery.
We provide standard and expedited delivery options to U.S. destinations via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. During periods of high demand, please allow additional time for processing and shipping as we still aim to have your order delivered to you as quickly as possible.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return it to us within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund credited back to your original form of payment.
All items must be in original condition with the original garment tags attached. Any merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, stained, damaged, washed, or has an odor will not be accepted. Any shipping charges incurred will be excluded besides items that are deemed defective or the wrong product was received.
We offer exchanges in the form of a new order. If you would like to receive a item different than the item you initially ordered, please submit a request and our support team will be more than happy to assist you.
